Exfoliating and polishing

We use aduki beans dried, whole and ground. Ground aduki beans remove dead skin cells when used on the skin as an exfoliating powder. They polish the skin, as well as absorb excess dirt and oil. When we use whole aduki beans in massage bars, they act like fingertips, enhancing the massage. We always use exfoliants found in nature rather than microplastics, so you don't have to worry about what's washing down your drain.
Aduki beans, also known as azuki, adsuki and asuki, are dark red with a thin white line down the ridge. They have a nutty flavor and can be prepared fresh, dried or mashed into a candied paste. They have been grown and eaten in China and Japan for millennia, and are known as ''King of the beans''.
