Fresh fruit, flowers, herbs and vegetables are delivered straight to our doors from local suppliers, and we quickly get to work slicing, squeezing and mixing them into expertly formulated recipes. Each day of the week, we make fresh batches of your favorite products, so you can experience them exactly how they were intended: freshly made and at their peak of effectiveness.

Love our fresh face masks? They’re the epitome of fresh at Lush, because they’re so fresh that we can’t ship them to you. You can order them online for same-day, in-store pickup or visit your local Lush to grab one, but they need to be kept refrigerated (that’s where you’ll find them in our shops) even after you take them home, and last up to three weeks. A quick peek at the face sticker on your pot will show you who made it, what date it was made, and when it’s best by, so you can be sure your skin gets the very best out of them.

Our team of product inventors works tirelessly to create fresh inventions and improve longstanding favorites too. We listen to our customers’ valuable feedback and concerns, and strive to improve their Lush experience through innovation.

Take our self-preserving versions of products like Mask Of Magnaminty and Ocean Salt. Several years ago, we refreshed these bestsellers to meet the needs of concerned customers. We packed them with natural preservatives like honey and salt, so they’re free from synthetic preservatives, and still offer all the benefits of their counterparts—which we also still sell for those who prefer them. For decades, our solid creations have always been 100 percent self-preserving, and today, nearly 65 percent of our products are free from safe synthetics.

Ever wonder why the ingredients on our labels are listed in green and black? We believe that you should always know what you’re putting on (and into) your body. Ingredients listed in green identify which are natural, while anything listed in black shows you what’s a safe synthetic with just a quick glance.
