How do I book a party?

Do all locations host parties?

Each shop will accommodate parties based on their size and availability. Contact your local shop for more information.

Does a parent or guardian need to be present for the full duration of the party?

All guests under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult over the age of 18.

What if I'm running late or need to cancel?

To cancel your party, call your booked shop in advance and they’ll happily reschedule or give you a refund. If you're running late, please let your shop know as soon as possible. Parties are booked for a fixed slot. Unfortunately, we cannot make up for lost time.

How many people can attend?

The maximum number of attendees varies from store to store. However, we do have a 6-person minimum for every party. Please contact your local shop for more details.
